Immunity: Which provides protection from infectious diseases. Cells and molecules involved in protection constitute immune system. The substance or foreign agent when enters into cell creates a response against it called immune response.

When immune responses to their own cells it leads to auto immune disorders like multiple sclerosis, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis etc. Most individuals do not suffer from autoimmune disease because they have developed tolerance towards their own or self cells. 

Our innate immunity has some barriers to protect against foreign agents.

How to boost up Immune System?

It is a common question in most of us, boosting immune system is not a simple task, as immune system is not a single entity. It is interconnected system called Immune System. So we can follow few thins in order to enhance immunity like healthy diet, exercise, maintaining healthy weight and good life style – as a part of our day to day activity.
