Capitalism versus Standard of living. More money means a better standard of living but money is made by cutting corners, abusing resources and using people. There are better ways to build a strong community? By supplying fair to good wages people will work with pride. Convince people that it is more important to have open space rather than oversized houses and build ecologically safe!
